Thieves Wanted After Jewelry Stolen At Woodrow Wilson Service Area, State Police Say

Troopers were looking for three men suspected of stealing jewelry from a vehicle at a New Jersey Turnpike rest stop in Mercer County, authorities said.

State police shared three photos of the suspects in a Facebook post on Friday, Oct. 4. The burglary happened at the Woodrow Wilson Service Area in Hamilton Township at around 4 p.m. on Monday, Sept. 30.

Investigators said the men broke the vehicle window and removed two bags of jewelry before leaving the rest area.

One man was seen wearing a dark-colored hat, a quarter-zip sweater, pants, and shoes. The second suspect appeared to wear a gray vest, along with a dark-colored hat, long-sleeve shirt, pants, and shoes.

The third man wore a plaid shirt and dark-colored pants. He also had lighter-colored hair, facial hair, and glasses.
